Bow Tie Spinach Salad
Got this recipe from a Sunday Relief Society class. The teacher provided it for everyone. It was so yummy I helped myself to another bowl and then asked for the recipe.
Ingredients
- 16 oz Bow Tie Pasta cooked
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 1 cup Diced Cucumber minus seeds
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Quartered Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chopped, Toasted Pecans
- 1/2 cup Green Onions
- 1/2 cup Dried Cherries
- 1 bag Spinach
Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Green Onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Oil I use olive oil or avacado
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds add after blending above
Instructions
- Mix all of salad ingredients. Blend all of dressing ingredients – except Poppy Seeds. After dressings is well blended add Poppy Seeds. Toss dressing on salad. Enjoy
