Pumpkin Pie
I got this recipe from my sweet Mother in Law Velda Stowell
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup pumpkin pureee
- 1 15 oz. Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 ready to bake pie crust
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until combined
- Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of pie
- Cool and serve with whipped cream.
