The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are always a hit. Misha said Scott doesn’t like chocolate chip cookies but he loves these. These are great chocolate chip cookies and I think the vanilla pudding is the secret ingredient.
Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups unbleached flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together dry ingredients, set aside.
- Cream together sugars, and butter, add eggs and vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 - 10 minutes. (do not over bake.)
