Mandarine Orange Cake
this recipe came from my Aunt Edith Holden
Cook Time 25 minutes mins
- 1 yellow butter cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 11oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Icing
- 1 large Cool Whip (thawed
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 large instant vanilla pudding
preheat oven at 350
Mix cake mix, oil and eggs until smooth
add mandarin oranges including juice and chopped nuts
bake in 13 x9 greased pan for 25 minutes at 350
let cake cool completely
