Pumpkin Pie

I got this recipe from my sweet Mother in Law Velda Stowell

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup pumpkin pureee
  • 1 15 oz. Eagle Brand milk (sweetened condensed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 ready to bake pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients until combined
  • Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in middle of pie
  • Cool and serve with whipped cream.
