I found this recipe on Printerest. The blog was called Faxo. I was looking for something quick and easy. This recipe fit the bill. It was delicious and very easy.
Combine the last 4 ingredients on a plate. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then dip and coat each chop in the mixture. Press the mixture over the chops to make sure they are well covered.
Line a pan with tin foil, spray with cooking spray then place the chops on the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Notes
The original recipe called for boneless pork chops, I like bone-in.
