Family Cheese Sauce

I found this in a little cookbook called Charm Country sauce. We loved it on steamed or roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Its great on baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, hash browns and breakfast casserole.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 lb pasteurized cheese Velveeta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • milk

Instructions
 

  • Place cheese and butter in a saucepan.
  • Heat on low, stirring often until cheese is melted.
  • Add sour cream and a small amount of milk until the consistency you want is reached.
