Cook hamburger with garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper, Drain grease.
To hamburger add basil, salt, tomatoes and 1/2 can water, tomato paste.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, eggs, salt and pepper.
Fry hamburger, drain off grease.
Pour tomato sauce into a quart jar and fill with water, add to hamburger and stir in the spaghetti mix.. Add 2 tablespoons butter, cover and cook 20 minutes.
In medium bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, beaten eggs and salt and pepper.
For both recipes in a 9x13 pan put a little sauce of bottom, layer noodles cottage cheese mixture, sauce, repeat layers. Top with cheese and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
