This recipe came from a friend of mine named Lucy Mortensen, I have made these tons of times.  They are always a hit.  They do have to marinate over night, so plan ahead.

  • dash oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix all ingredients except beef and onion in a large bowl, add beef and onion. Cover and let marinate over night.
  2. For the Chili Sauce
  3. Mix all ingredients & let sit overnight or at least for a few hours, in refrigerator, before serving
  4. Place meat and onion on skewers and grill

I have added red and yellow bell peppers to the marinade and I have added mushrooms when I cooked the kabobs. I have also made my own salsa and used it in place of the taco sauce
