FRESH ASPARAGUS

Ingredients

  • 1 LB FRESH ASPARAGUS
  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 LEMON WEDGE
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Instructions

  1. HEAT OLIVE OIL ON MED HEAT IN LARGE SKILLET.
  2. ADD ASPARAGUS, GARLIC AND SEASONINGS.
  3. SAUTE OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT UNTIL ASPARAGUS IS TENDER.
  4. SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE.
